1. Construction / Project Manager


    The candidate

  • Between 30 – 40 years old
  • 15 years total work experience including 5 years in the UAE
  • Has a background on similar type (Fabrication and Contracting) companies
  • Has a background working with Tier 1 companies and as a Sub Contractor
  • 4 years’ experience handling projects with a value worth AED 40M (and up)
  • Recognized relevant 3rd level education


  • Profile

    Ambitious individual looking to grow in a demanding environment. Must be comfortable with responsibility, making decisions and willingness to commit to CBEME to grow career and manage wide variety of responsibilities.
    Knowledgeable of Project Management, Contracts, Commercial Management, Cost Focus and Execution Planning.
    Team player, able to negotiate success with skilled team members.


2. HR Sr. Administrator


    The candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in human resources or directly related field,
  • At least Eight years of progressively responsible human resources experience that includes the administration of policies and procedures, advanced, complex analysis, program oversight, and two years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience consulting with executive leadership on human resource related issues to include strategic planning, development or implementation of human resources initiatives
  • Experience analyzing, developing and implementing process improvements in a human resource environment
  • Experience implementing a merit-based performance evaluation process
  • Experience in employee development and training
  • Experience creating reports, developing metrics and analyzing data to measure goal and objective attainment
  • Experience in budget development and management
  • Additional advantage if candidate is holding a Master’s degree or higher in human resources management, business administration, public administration or related field or industry certification such as PHR or SPHR

3. Stores / Logistics Coordinator


    The candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Age between 35 – 45
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in fabrication and contracting companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Holder of UAE Driver’s License
  • He should be well versed with customs clearance, imports and exports
  • Particular skills should include material control, dispatch and material receipt processes and related site interface management
  • Experience in budget development and management

  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, reconcile, and substantiate balances in associated General Ledger accounts.

  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Establishes goals and works toward achievement.
  • Proficient in typing and data entry
  • Displays expense and cost control in decision making.

  • Team leader of team directly at yard locations and various locations around UAE
