The Headquarters and the Engineering Centre of Cleveland Bridge & Engineering Middle East (Private) Limited (CBEME) is located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) area in Dubai.
Purpose Built Fabrication Facility:
The Facility comprises three Fabrication Workshops and extensive Surface Preparation and Painting Areas. The Facility occupies an area of 123,000 m2 of which 16,000 m2 is covered workshop with a fabrication capacity of 70,000 Tonnes per Annum.
CBEME also has access to an additional 40,000 sq. mtr. area adjacent to our facility which can be utilized for assembly of major structures and modularization activities.

Our 3D computer modelling capability uses the latest software developed specifically for steel fabrication. With links to our draughting offices and fabrication facility, we can provide a cost-effective solution for many projects.

CBEME have their own specialist in-house design and CAD team consisting of structural engineers and draughtsmen, highly experienced in the development of
- Basic design data or conceptual designs into drawings from which steel fabrication and erection can be carried out
- Design / Detailing to recognized international codes, standards and recommended practices
CBEME structural engineers utilize the latest software in the analysis and design (including full connection design and detailing) of a diverse range of structural steel solutions.
As their engineering team comprises experience across design, fabrication and erection, they are able to ensure a safe and economic construction sequence and design all necessary temporary supporting structures when needed.
CBEME operates a quality management system in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 which ensures that services and products conform to client’s specified requirements.
CBEME holds ASME “U”, “U2”, “PP” and “S” code symbol stamps from American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
In addition, CBEME holds and “R” code symbol stamp from the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Inspectors, thereby authorizing the company to manufacture and repair Pressure Vessels & Piping to ASME VIII Div. 1 &2.
In addition to the manufacture, fabrication and protective treatment of steel structures, CBEME has been highly successful in providing erection services to the entire Middle East market.
Backed up with high levels of health and safety performance, demonstrated through our industry leading accident frequency rate and safety performance accreditations, our team of highly experienced Project managers & Site managers aims to provide our clients with products that meets the required quality and also to be delivered in accordance to the budget and the program.
CBEME designated project managers act as a single point of contact and control all project related activities, using latest software available. (e.g. Primavera 6)
CBEME also work closely with clients in the design of schemes to minimize onsite construction works by maximizing the amount of project build in a controlled factory environment before delivery to site. This way the client benefits from a reduction of trade contractor interfaces and associated costs. In addition, bringing these activities away from site reduces the need for working at height and helps to minimize other site based construction risks, providing lead contractors with greater peace of mind and reduced critical time activities on projects.
